For Practitioners

  • Pre-recorded-professional trainings Hedy has done that are available for purchase:
    • Unraveling the Survival Knot, done in association with MAIT, in English. The “Survival Knot” is the most treacherous territory of a couple’s relationship. It is the unconscious, and yet essential agenda embedded in the “problem” with which they appear in the office of the therapist. Increase your expertise and skill to assist couples in Unraveling the “Survival Knot.”Witness and learn Hedy’s step-by-step, systematic roadmap to unravel the relational impasse, where one person’s anguished desperation meets the other person’s dogged resistance, and vice versa.
    • Becoming a Creative Couple: Transformational change in Couples Therapy, done in association with MAIT, in English.Learn the road map that Hedy designed to invite couples into “transformational change” where there is a “before” and an “after.” Hedy invites participants to leave the training with a vision of how to achieve an even more relaxed and responsive therapeutic stance with couples, and with enhanced skills for “holding the space” for them.
    • The Hero’s and Heroine’s Journey: Creating an Encounter with the Journey of Childhood, done in association with MAIT, in English. As an integral part of a step-by-step 10 session Couple’s Journey, Hedy creates an opportunity for the couple to become each other’s best emotional ally. Hedy designed a ritual to introduce the childhood story as a hero’s and heroine’s journey. In this training, Hedy does a live demonstration of how she guides the couple to embrace each other’s archetypical story, as well as bring the needed alliance and advocacy to the inner child.
    • The Couple’s Journey Intensive: A Ten-Step Adventure, done is association with MAIT, in English. This replay is of a full-day Zoom training Hedy did where she describes each step of the journey of The Couple’s Journey Intensive, as well as its rationale. She also decodes the complex distinction between the adaptive “survival dance” and the “dance of life in connection.” Hedy also guides two in vivo demonstrations and shares some of the lessons she’s learned while delivering her work solely via Zoom, and across a 10-week period, vs. over a two-or-three-day intensive.
    • Becoming a Creative Couple: Transformational change in Couples Therapy, done in association with the Israeli Association for Couples and Family Therapy, in Hebrew.Hedy teaches the roadmap for a couple’s journey towards transformative change.
