MJ Murray Vachon, prefers to explore the topic of mental wellness, over mental illness with her Inner Challenge podcast. I recently was gifted the opportunity to be a guest—and our time together turned into two episodes! MJ is a wonderful interviewer and host, and I found her knowledgeable, open and receptive, and I loved the creative interview that emerged from our conversation.

In our time together, we discussed Encounter-centered Transformation®, my process for working with couples, and we explored concepts like generative speaking and listening and the importance of maintaining sacred space. I also shared my thoughts on relational growth, and the importance of connection within families and communities.

I loved that MJ said this: “You may never meet her. You may never sign up to do EcT with her. But just listening to these two episodes can make all your relationships better.” Wow…what a wonderful thing that is to hear!

You can listen to part one, here, and part two, here. If you prefer to read, there are also transcripts available.
